We are a mother daughter team who have been breeding since 1995
We are a mother daughter team that started out breeding Golden Retriever puppies 23 years ago and then also incorporated Goldendoodle puppies into our breeding program. We are small breeders with only a few dogs that we breed. We only have 2 -4 litters a year. We keep our girls here with us even after they are retired from breeding, our girls are forever our girls.
We do everything we can to ensure that our puppies are as healthy as possible! All of our parents get hip clearances before they have puppies to confirm they are in top notch structure. We also believe in the old saying "You are what you eat," which is why we choose to feed a holistic food to ensure proper, steady growth for our puppies from the beginning. We as people can't get everything we need from our food which is why most of us take a multi-vitamin, so we feel it should be no different with our four-legged family. We also give a 3 year health warranty with all our puppies. We know when it comes to choosing a new puppy to join your family it is a big decision that comes with many questions.
Whitney has grown up with dogs and puppies since she was 6 years old, because of this she has a real love for animals but especially dogs, so 2 years ago Whitney quit her dental job and began training dogs full time. Milligan Valley K-9 Academy is owned and operated by Whitney.
We give you a 3 year Health Warranty on your new puppy. We will give you this warranty in writing. We cover genetic health conditions. We are puppy lovers and wish nothing would ever go wrong with any puppy, but a puppy's health is dependent on a number of factors like genetics, exercise, food & nourishment, and overall care that are not always within our control. While we can't guarantee that your puppy will never have a health problem, we can promise we will do our best to ensure your new family member is healthy from the moment he or she arrives home!
It is our goal that our puppies live out their lives with their family, however, if that is not possible for any reason, we will take the puppy/dog back here. We would never want any of the puppies that have been born here at Milligan Valley to ever end up in a shelter. We want them back with us if you can not keep them for any reason throughout its lifetime, no questions asked. Just contact us and we will arrange to get it from you. We will either keep it here with us or we will find an appropriate home for it.
